Remy off in January?

Does anyone else get a feeling that Loic Remy will leave us in January, hasn't played in the cup yet and is only on loan. It is also noticeable that Defoe could well be off to QPR in January a club who could easily see Remy as a replacement which would be a handy swap deal for both teams.

 

Am I right in saying its a season long loan ?
So unless both clubs agreed a recall option then he will be here till may

Ah didn't realise that had an affect on it, what if QPR paid us half the fee back.

 

I'm no expert on the transfer market so could be talking ****e mate My understanding is though that it is effectively a timed transfer deal (year long). I don't think there is any handing money back or calling off the loan deal, recalling the player. I might be wrong.

 

Hope ya right, we'd be in severe trouble if we lost him as he's our main supply of goals these days.

We could make it a permanent move but can't see that happening.

 

Only reason he'll be off in Jan, is if both clubs come to a consensus that QPR want him back, and NUFC don't want him here.


To sum it up, there's just no way.

 

We need to keep him at all costs.

 

This is Newcastle United anything is possible, personally don't think it will happen was just asking the question.

 

I think the only way a player can be released from a loan deal, is if he sustains a long-term injury.
