his debut was one of the most memorable days of my life, and for that, i shall always be thankful to him. having suffered from depression and bravely spoken about his plight very recently, i just hope he can lay to rest some of the demons in his head and enjoy his retirement from football <ok>

how can we forget. Complete leg-end for scoring against the binners on his debut, part of the double Mac that season.

i believe he was on talksport this afternoon with keys and gray talking about depression and saying that more should be done to support it.

Investing money in him, Svennson and Hucks transformed our team into champions and although he wasn't premier league quality, he gave it a good go
 
Great player sad to hear about his battle with his depression but he came across as a very positive person who wanted to use his experience to help players suffering with similar issues. He actually lives in Northampton but right on East side in a fairly decent area but it's surrounded by about ten or so estates which most locals regard as hell on earth, coming from a Boxing family I'm sure he'll handle himself.
