Well here's another classic example of a humourless manager being wound up like tin toy!

Well done Adam, you really got to him!!!

"I'm sure Adam's got a lot to say about a lot of things regarding
a number of quality players that me and my staff procured for them
in our pretty successful time there.

So good for him and no more comment on any more potential targets at this moment."

    Me and my staff!!! :emoticon-0136-giggl

Oooh - don't like that word procured - isn't that a bit naughty??? ( and illegal?)

Not illegal at all it means to buy/obtain. If you working in Procurement you work in the purchasing department.

NP is wrong. It was Walshie who got the players in. NP would be totally lost without Walshie and Shaker alongside him.
But yes Adam P. has got right under NP skin and long may it continue. Negative Nige is very easily wum-med it seams.

He appears to be bigging his opinion of himself up a tad too much for me. Considering he was doing what he was, no doubt, being well reimbursed to do.

He did a good job here but there's no need for him to act the way he is doing towards our club

I stand corrected, though I wouldn't myself want to work in 'Procurement' !!- still think old NP loves to use a big word when a simple one would do, could have said 'bought', and as we know he doesn't always get it right!

    Totally agree with you.
So now he goes and makes a complete bellend of himself. I would think, in his business experiences, Adam has had to deal with more articulate people than dreary Nige.

Can anyone remember NP saying in a blunderside interview (before he left) that Stewart was worth at least £5m and if so does anybody have a link or know roughly when it was

No link but I thought it was James Chester he said that about.

I'd tend to agree, if our non-football staff are getting the football staff elsewhere off their natural area of work it's in our favour. Had it been Barmby who'd said it I'd have reversed the score though.
