Thought it might be worth keeping tabs on how our relegation rivals have strengthened in comparison to ourselves:

    Hull City:
    Shane Long & Nikica Jelavic
    --------------------------------------------

    Villa:
Grant Holt (loan), Ryan Bertrand (loan),

    Swansea:
David Ngog & attempting to sign: Jeffrey Schlupp

    Norwich:
Jonas Gutierrez (loan), Joseph Yobo (loan)

    Palace:
Attempting to sign: Scott Dann, Wayne Hennessey, Tom Ince & Joe Ledley

    West Brom:
    Attempting to sign: Jonas

    Stoke:
Stephen Ireland, John Guidetti (loan), Peter Odemwingie,

    Sunderland:
Santiago Vergini (loan), Oscar Ustari, Ignacio Scocco, Liam Bridcutt,

    West Ham:
Roger Johnson (loan), Antonio Nocerino, Marco Borriello, Abdul Razak & attempting to sign: Pablo Armero, Kostas Mitroglou & Joleon Lescott (loan)

    Fulham:
Clint Dempsey, William Kvist & attempting to sign: Kostas Mitroglou, Lewis Holtby, Neil Taylor, Phil Bardsley, Ryan Tunnicliffe and Larnell Cole

    Cardiff:
Magnus Wolff Eikrem, Mats Moller Daehli, Jo Inge Berget, Kenwyne Jones, Fabio da Silva, Wilfried Zaha & attempting to sign: Michael Ciani and Tomas Rincon

SO.... who has strengthened best? Have any teams below us strengthened enough for us to worry?

Feel free to keep adding to the list as the day progresses.

If Fulham sign Mitroglu and Holtby, those are 2 quality signings. Cardiff seem to be going for quantity.

Well just seen on Sky that Holtby is already training with Fulham, so that looks 100% done deal. Forgot they added Dempsey too.

Panic buys most of them. We had a strong squad before Long and Jelavic but now we are stronger. Let the run in begin starting today.
