Word UP. Many players have been touted as worth a punt on should their teams get relegated but, to my recollection, nobody has mentioned Paul Robinson. With Almunia on his way out and quite possibly Fabianski too do you chaps/chapettes think it's worth a cheaky bid on Robbo? He's been a reliable keeper for many years and proven his worth in the league. I'm not saying I'd start him but I think it would be good to have some serious competition for Chessers. I firmly believe he's our keeper for many years if we nurture him properly but Robinson would keep him on his toes, not to mention provide quality back up. This thread is written ignoring the fact he may not want to be no.2 at a club but I think he's at that age where he'd be willing start as back up and try for the no1 jersey. I think it's worth a go myself.
You've got no chance, he still loves Spurs. He even still throws his gloves into the Spurs fans at the end of games at White Hart Lane with Blackburn.
You're probably right and I admit it's a long shot but he'd be a good signing. I'm big enough to look beyond the rivalry so hopefully he'd be able to as well.

Haha, fair play to him. If that were an Arsenal player the other way around I'd love him for it. Still, who knows how his head may get turned should a big club come calling for him ...
