    Relegation Battle.

A while ago when we were talking about teams that might get relegated I remember saying I thought it could be three 'W's that went down.

West Ham are away but still squeaky bum time for Wigan, Blackpool, Birmingham and Wolves. Blackburn seem safe with their better goal difference of -14 (phew).

Personally I've never liked McCarthy so I wouldn't lose any sleep over Wolves going down. I think one or two of us will always remember the DeJong horror tackle when we think of them.

Not what you would call a big fan of McLeish either, so Brum going down won't be hard to take.

Holloway and Martinez come over as decent guys and although their teams are 18th and 19th there's very little in it between them and Brum and Wolves so there could be a last game reprieve for them.

Which other two teams would you like to see go down with the Spammers?

If I were to pick two it'd be Brum and Blackburn, but cause that's so unlikely I'll say Birmingham and Wolves.

Unlikely but Wolves and Blackburn, just awful, awful teams and managers and the **** football doesnt help. Wolves arent so bad with the style of football (especially since January) but I still hate them.

Wolves and Birmingham - ****ing hate both of 'em.

Would love Wigan to stay up - big fan of Martinez and their squad.

i may be having a blonde moment but when i think of wolves i think of henry and the twat tatics of super sexy Mick McCarthy towards Barton not De jong?
as for who will go down i think the 2 b's will join west ham, can't see Blackpool beating manure whatever team they put out and the same for brum i can't see them beating the spuds.where as i've got a sneaky feeling Wigan will pull it out the bag and wolves will get a draw to see them safe and agree your point about blackburn but it's just my opinion and to be honest i'd love wolves and brum to join west ham

Yes Henry got away with kicking seven shades of brown stuff out of Joey, the ref was a disgrace that day!

I'd like Wigan to go down (only if we're after N'Zogbia though), along with Blackburn. I hate Blackburn.

Was me having the blonde moment, getting DeJong for Man City and Henry for Wolves mixed up. <doh> Both got away with murder though.

I don't want Birmingham to go down as I have a good mate who supports them and he was supportive towards me when we went down. I don't want Blackpool to go down as all their games are entertaining and its a great away day. Also I have a soft spot for Wolves from back in the day. So it has to be Blackburn and Wigan for me!

Not a big fan of McCarthy or Allardyce so if I had a choice it would be Wolves and Blackburn for me.

Blackpool are goners, the Man U second string will still have too much for them. Berbatov, Fletcher, Scholes, O'Shea, Fabio etc should all play and they'll be playing knowing that if they have a blinder they will see some action v Barcelona. I'd like them to stay up but it's not going to happen. Maybe Norwich will be the new Blackpool next season.

Want Blackburn and Wolves to go down because they play the least attractive football, Wolves are a dirty team and I just want to see the Venky's reaction - they sacked Allardyce because he wasn't meeting their goal of finishing 5th <laugh> and it will show that you can't buy success..

In reality I think it will be Blackpool and Wolves which is a shame.
