We were gone as soon as we went into admin. Some people are still in denial, but they are growing fewer in number as time goes by.
What a load of rubbish, it was in our hands... I do believe our failure to get all three points yesterday may have indeed condemed us to a future in League 1 though
we need to start playing some of the players/youth that will be around next year to so what they are made of!
The important thing is for the club to survive no matter what league you are in. At Bristol City we went bust in 1982 and were minutes from extinction - however the players ripped up their contracts and saved the club - we went from the Old Division 1 to Division 4 in succesive seasons and were 92nd in the Football League for one week. But the club survived - and eventually we got back to what is now the Championship. Knowing Pompey fans as I do, you will keep supporting your club whatever happens. All the best for the future.
