Probably quite easy decisions- The communication to Carey, Elliott and Fontaine might not have been so pleasant, but that's a managers job in any form of business.

Be interesting where they end up, Carey is 37 but Fontaine at 28 and Elliott 29 are far from finished.

Not sure if Burns will stay. That one has been stalling for a while. Baldock needs his contract extending and a centre back is a must

We need another top scorer to either aid Baldock or replaces him if he leaves (I hope not but wouldn't blame him).
We need a holding the ball up and header winning striker. For example an Akinfenwa type player.
We need a player confident on the ball, ideally Elliot, although Kelly could fit.
We should keep Nyron to help out our young defence.

El Abd should be told to get fit this summer, and perhaps he wont be as slow as this season.
We should try and include Reid, Bryan and Burns more.

I reckon GJ will be in touch with both Elliott and Fontaine...

Good luck to both wherever they end up - I think Fontaine got a disproportionate amount of stick from fans earlier this season after years of service.

Not sure about Fontaine and Yeovil. He could not get in the team while on loan there first half of this season.

For me, they would feature together in our midfield. With those two running things I can see us being stronger there than at any time in the last 6 years. We would have Bryan, Burns, JET, Reid, Wynter, et al to fight for the third place in midfield.
    Looks very healthy now

Like me in an earlier post, you have not included Marlon Pack.

    'Unsung hero perhaps'

    Not by me.
He's the nearest we have to a 'Marvin' and he'd be my first pick in that role next season.

I just hope that Kelly is as good as most on here think he is.

I would have Pack, Kelly, Elliott and JET forming a midfield diamond, with Baldy and A N Other in the attack.
Can-openers from the bench would be Burns and Bryan.
That looks to me like a very solid midfield that can make us hard to beat. We might not score as many but we wouldn't need to - the emphasis is on winning matches and getting promoted
