    The bright thing for me is that we had no idea we had gone in for any of the players we’d signed until a day or two before they did!
    Everyone thought we were after Gervinho – then we signed Cabaye out of nowhere.
    Marveaux was signed, out of the blue, at 3am!
    Ba, there were some rumors, but we still didn’t actually expect it.
    Abeid, who?
    Obertan, not a whisper the entire window until last weekend, and he signed on monday!
    so that being the case why speculated on who we are bringing in and LET THE CLUB DO IT'S JOB!!! Pardew says 100% we will get a LB and Striker in and after the Andy Carrol thing he said he will not promise anything ever! So this tells me we will get Players in so RELAX!

    because we like to and if we didn't during the summer we'd have nothing but top 5 threads (by the way i think we should resurrect them next year)

    Aye from looking at the squad numbers i can find 23 players over 21 who would be in the register squad of 25
    (25-23=2 spaces=LB, ST)
    and thats including smudger and perch hahahaha
