    Right it's Tuesday now so we've all had a couple of days to reflect on the Derby. My thoughts are these;
    Under Bruce we would have lost that game.
    We need the midfield to sort it self out with either dropping players and letting some of the others have a chance or switch some players position around.
    Once the Mags had Tieto sent off they defended with 9 men.
    We didn't play well but neither did the Mags.
    MoN knows the problems and must sort them out.
    Rose was fantastic, Fletcher will run for us all day long and chase anything he can. We have a fairly solid defence which will be improved when Bardo is back which will also give us options going forward as he likes to make a run.
    Finally we have improved on last year but need all our 1st team to be firing on all cylinders to push on.

    I've never felt less after a derby tbh, it was a damp squib flat as a fart. I've hardly thought about it since the ft whistle went. Usually id be playing it back thinking what if this what if that. The foundations are there for a good season and im still behind O'Neill but theres some hard work needs doing on the training ground.

    Stoke could be the ideal opportunity to mix it up and try something different. I feel though that we wot see a change at all
