Ref for Sunday is not this bloke but Thomas Bramhall who was the ref who sent off Flynn at WBA last season

In fairness he red carded 2 of theirs as well. If my memory is correct didn't Flint get off on appeal as their keeper Johnstone went for him?

Bramall's first Championship season last year. We had him 2 times, 2 away draws and a home loss.

Home loss was against Reading where Hoilett scored for them. Booked 4 of ours and none of theirs.

Well on Saturday it’s the old man Andy Woolmer - 57 and counting - a former postman so hope he delivers a decent performance on Saturday, and stamps down on any fouls from PNE<whistle>

Tonight is our former good luck charm James Linnington. His overseeing City wins came to a crashing halt at both Bournemouth and Swansea last season and followed it up with the annual 0-0 v PNE (just repeated).

Well after the inevitable continued hoodoo man Linnington we have Jeremy Simpson at at one of our graveyard grounds this saturday

Mr Simpson is one of the series of journeyman referees on the circuit. His claim to fame for us is he did the unpredictable 4-0 win over Preston when we all expected the usual 0-0<doh>

It's quite interesting when you think of all the penalties the likes of Chopra and Bothroyd used to get for us. The game has moved on I guess.

Guess we are just too honest these days.

Always thought Ross McCormack was an absolute master at "winning" penalties.

Nah, don't get enough players, in the box, with the ball, willing to take on opponents. Now Where's me half empty glass?
I think you're right. Driving into the box at pace is bound to increase the chances of a penalty.
Just to top up your glass, I think we have players that can do it as confidence increases.
All we are saying is give us a goal :emoticon-0159-music
Or six.
