Ongoing at the moment, here's some of the latest...

Prosecution say the payments of $295,000 were "bungs or offshore bonuses which parties had no intention of declaring for tax"

Prosecution say Crouch sold just 9 days after new Redknapp contract reduced his share from 10% to 5%

Prosecution say Redknapp's share of Crouch transfer was £115,473. Would have been double if contract not changed

Court latest as prosecutor accuses Redknapp & Mandaric of “deliberately and dishonestly” evading tax

Harry #Redknapp flew to Monaco to open private bank account under the name "Rosie 47", the name of his dog and year of birth, court told.

Does anyone know 'if' he is found guilty, what his punishment could be? Will it just be a hefty fine?

It can be anything from a fine to prison time, so I suspect it will just be a fine

Please put the **** in jail. That way we can rid the game of saggy face and avoid the humiliation of finding out our national team is not that good afterall. The clamour for his appointment and conviction that he'd get us going does my head in. We're 2nd rate, why's it so hard to accept.

Jury back. Here we go again. Prosecution claim Mandaric paid $145,000 into the Rosie 47 account in Monaco from his private account

The fact 'he knows' inside information about Demba Ba contract, who doesnt even play for him, just shows how much of a bung taking, tax dodging, flabby faced, greedy little sh*t he is.

Send the c*nt down. I cant wait for him to be England manager, the truth will all come out then. Bring back the News Of The World!!

It's at the discretion of the court. Jail is not an impossibility. That's what Lester Piggott got.

Even if he is not jailed, a conviction would probably be the end of any chance of succeeding Capello, as the FA could not be seen to employ a convicted criminal. After all, Glen Hoddle got sacked for a hell of a lot less!!

This is bad news for us, if 'Arry has a black mark against him he's unlikely to get the England job which will leave the FA looking for another English manager who's doing well at present.

haha can you imagine the clamour in the media if he got sent down? what would they do without their media darling? Btw it's pretty common knowledge Harry loves a back hander. I used to know an old geezer who played down at West Ham years ago and he always used to tell me about the 'sweeteners' Harry got.

Prosecution say on 13th January 2003, following a fax request from Redknapp, $100,000 moved from Rosie 47 to a company in Miami

    James Pearce @Pearcesport 4m
Name of the US company was First Star International. Prosecution say that company was part owned by Mandaric

And he was actually a bloody good manager who didn't rely on money. **** it I'd have Hoddle back. So he thinks disabled people are paying for something they did in a former life. I couldn't give a **** how his warped brain works if we win football matches.

Prosecution claim First Star International was personal account for Mandaric. On 21st April 2004 M wrote cheque from there to R for $150,000
