QPR manager shock admission over Taarabt 14 Feb 2014 22:30 Redknapp says he wanted to recall Moroccan before Milan came calling please log in to view this image Gone: Adel Taarabt has joined AC Milan QPR boss Harry Redknapp revealed he was about to bring back Adel Taarabt from his loan spell at Fulham when AC Milan moved in for the mercurial midfielder. Instead, the manager chose another fragile temperament to challenge his coaching skills in Ravel Morrison â set to join Hoops imminently from West Ham on loan. Rangersâ boss cooled on Taarabt after the two fell out at Hoops summer training camp after the Moroccan international made it plain he wanted out. But had the Serie A giants not taken the player, Harry reckoned he would have returned him to Loftus Road. The manager laughed when asked whether Clarence Seedorf, in his first coaching role at the San Siro, had his hands full with both Taarabt and Mario Ballotelli in his squad. âItâll be interesting thatâs for sure,â said Redknapp. âAnd yeah, I would have done at that time (brought Taarabt back), but Milan came in so it was difficult.â
I suspect that he says it to defend against people saying hes bringing in a similar type of ego (morrison). Im getting a bit tired of hearing Harrys ramblings. I just want him to concentrate on winning games and let other clubs do the talking.
That's it, he's gone. The best thing he's done according to his fans/the Adel haters was to get rid of Taarabt and now he comes out with a downright lie so that he can say it's not his fault, his team create very little and he would have brought him back sooner if it had n't have been for those naïve owners or the small print of the loan contract preventing him from doing so. Unlike Harold I do remember what he said a couple of weeks ago and what he has been saying all season. We'll let's see who he blames at the end of the season for his failure.
Lets hopehe doesnt fail though. My support for the club is far bigger than my dislike of Harry!!!!!! And financially we really need to be promoted, I suspect. If he gets us up it doesnt mean he'll be here next season.
Its obvious bullsh*t. Besides, wasn't it up to Redknapp whether he went to Milan or not? He's a QPR player after all.
Well we are getting nearer the truth at these ... Love him or hate in time every QPR will at least understand we miss him in some way Dreadful but I knew that already Harold is footballs Walter White
Redknapp is realising his mistake and trying to cover his tracks. He should have man managed our best and most creative player to get us promotion. Adel has an ego and Redknapp's failure to manage that could cost us promotion. Most revealing thing about Adel's goal last week was that he ran straight over to the manager Seedorf when he celebrated. And I didn't see the game last night but had a look at the reports and he was the 2nd best player on the pitch after Ballotellli in a 1-0 win Each game that goes by where a happy and well managed Adel is performing well proves how much we really could have done with Adel http://www.goal.com/en-gb/match/119347/ac-milan-vs-bologna/lineup-stats?ICID=OP
