.... but we already knew really didn't we?

"I can't protect people who don't want to run and train, and are about three stone overweight," said Redknapp.
"Taarabt is not injured. He's not fit. He's not fit to play football unfortunately."

Redknapp, 67, added: "He played in a reserve game the other day and I could have run about more than he did. I can't pick him.
"What am I supposed to keep saying? Keep getting your £60,000, £70,000 a week and don't train? What's the game coming to?
"I pick people who want to try, who deserve to be at a good football club like QPR, who come in every day and want to work, train and show a good attitude. When he starts doing that, if he ever can do it, maybe he'll get a game."

This is a lad blessed with natural talent who has been lucky enough to play in the PL and attract the likes of AC Milan.

But just like the new breed of 'English' striker, we know so well, he just can't be f**ing arsed.

This fat bastard, Wickham, Zaha, etc are a total disgrace and Redknapp is right to attack them .....
    .... it's a shame more people aren't brave enough.

Redknapp has finally said what we all really know but choose to ignore because we want to believe the players care.

Give me a Wayne Entwhistle any day ...... very limited, and knew it, but came off drenched in sweat after every game.

I'll continue to support the club, the shirt & the incredible Sunderland supporters but the players are just paid employees in my eyes.

I don't think you can compare Wickham to this character...At least Wickham looks reasonably fit, unlike this bloke who resembles an over 40's Sunday morning pub player..

It's not his kilos I'm comparing mate, it's his attitude ..... they both believe they're superstars despite winning nothing.

Wickham will be another Darren Bent who just fades away because he's happier to chase the money than the ball.

Not sure on this one mate...I thought he was excellent at the back end of last season when he was given his only decent run in the side as an out and out striker.

Smug mate, you've also got to realise that this type of thing is consistently happening under Harry Redknapp, it's no coincidence in my opinion.

Taraabt might be an exception under any manager if we're being completely fair to HR but Taraabt's not QPR's only problem.

You only have to look at Zaha mate ...... given the chance to play for one of the biggest clubs in the world and couldn't give a s**t.

His performance against Sunderland for Cardiff was absolutely shameful.

Fraizer Campbell made him look like a bloke who was brought on as a competition winner in a testimonial.

I totally agree and that's why I thought he'd be busting a gut to build on that ......... he has more interest in his haircut tbh.

He'll never be any better than Dean Windass in my book ........ he was a player who did the very best with the talent he had.

Can you say Wickham is capable of that?

You would think players would have written in their contracts that they would have to keep a reasonable sort of fitness, otherwise they would get the sack!

Policemen can be suspended on that basis mate, it seems players, and their agents, can dictate everything these days.

Yeah there's something not right about that kid as well. Saying that, if LVG has any idea about Neil Warnock then I'm very surprised his loan hasn't been cancelled. Zaha isn't going to be good enough for us, he's barely making the grade in this league for any team. If he was prepared to graft and learn, then a team like Southampton would be his best bet, but they'll not touch him now.

Harry Redknapp doesn't have control over those players, Barton and Rio will be calling all of the shots, that's why I've had them down for bottom 3 since the day they got promoted. I can't see them escaping FFP punishment either so be prepared for Arry to jump ship when the **** hits the fan.

Adel is a f-ing disgrace to our club. Given endless opportunities to play and treats the club and fans teeribly.

The sooner this cnut goes back to selling kebabs and gets away from our club the better. 1 good season 3 years ago in the NPC counts for F all as far as im concerned !

What's your opinion on Harry Redknapp? Taraabt has nothing to do with the position QPR are in now, he's not good enough for this league anyhow.

Redknapp's looking for excuses, rather than looking at himself again, he's pathetic.

Seriously? "Outsmarted" - more "out-lucked"!! The Swansea fans said the same last season - Monk outsmarted Poyet when they played a team which had given every ounce and had a pressure free last day and relaxed. He didn't "Outsmart" anyone. Why do you have to bring "Sunderland" into this debate which is about Redknapp and QPR? Balls is quite an appropriate name! (Althoug you're right about the England bit!)

    I'm there now you tosspot.
We have IT rooms in schools where I live.
Don't suppose they've reached London yet.
They are so busy coping with all the third worlders & trying to teach them English.

    One fish reeled in.

It's not really a 'load' of crap is it, even if it was 'crap' it's still only one statement, so it barely constitutes a 'load' does it?

I'd probably agree about him being better than Hodgson, but I'd rather shag a 90 year old woman with no teeth than a HIV-riddled street-worker, I'd still prefer to have neither.

I have no idea what your 'outsmarted Poyet' comment is referring to if I'm honest, but even if he did, what does that even mean?

Wickham? Why do you get the impression he thinks he's a superstar?

His attitude and the way he seems to believe that he has the top clubs chasing him.

It's not surprising that these young players believe they've 'arrived' when they're paid huge amounts despite achieving very little.

Wickham must hang on his agent's every word if he believes he doesn't really have to do that much to get the next wage rise.
