Complete disrespect for a club he continues to show he has no enthusiasm for. General demeanour last year showed a man who admitted he would have retired if we didn't go up. He couldn't give a f** about us.

So today, Spurs fans sing Harry give us a wave while 2-0 down and playing dreadfully. He waves they cheer and sing "Your Spurs and you know you are". SO he clearly knows who said it (as if he didn't already)

Couldn't believe it and I was absolutely fuming he did that. Spur fans reaction spoke volumes. And if it wasn't already obvious that he knew which direction the SPurs fans were sitting I read on train on way home he waved again at 4-0.

Now I had left by the stadium time he waved the second time but that shows how little he cared about the club.

That performance today as equally as bad if not worse than any performance we turned out under Hughes and he's got the front to be waving at the Spurs fan's and sit on his arse for 90 minutes.

Difference between Spurs side and ours on paper is very small margins but the difference between the two sides on the pitch was miles apart. The reason for this is the managers.

Heard it said by one fan on the train back "you cant blame Redknapp blame the players", so I asked 'why is he paid millions of pounds a year, when he doesn't do the coaching and anything that happens on the pitch isn't his fault either'? And he could give a single valid reason.

3-5-2 with Dunne effectively spending most the game as a left back. Traore completely exposed and doubled up on. Centre backs and cedntre mid's getting pulled out wide to leave holes in the middle.

Faurlin dropped in place of an unfit Fer. Mutch and many others clearly still unfit after Redknapp made a hash of pre-season preparations.

Now the signings we've made this season have been good but the short term nature of last years approach that I was banging on about last season is showing up now.

We've got a brand new team and a and new system and they are playing like strangers. Leicester team all now exactly where each other is on the pitch and where they should be. Our players didn't have a clue and that's down to the manager

Redknapp needs to take responsibility for the car crash performance today but if he's going to sit on his arse and only move when waving to the Spurs fans that shows complete disrespect to everyone associated with the club

Think the guy is a scum bag who got away with it last year but continues to get by because he's got the press on side because he's always good for a quote

not digging mate...but you left cos you were losing ... you still care about QPR

Harry had 3 1/2 good years with us...he was just showing a bit of respect.
He did the same when we lost a cup semi final to pompey....didn't stop him having a good relationship with us or doing a great job with us.

He did sod all wrong...your players on the other hand should be embarrassed ... all of them had to be told to applaud your fans apart from Barton and Green...and who told them? Yep one Mr Harry Redknapp.

Peter, we're all hurting. I can't explain the waving thing. We need to give them a few more games.

Project VD, you're about as welcome as the clap so u know what to do.

    Classy.

So despite getting it totally wrong last season, you've waited a total of two games to declare you've got it right this time and we will definitely fail this time? (2nd time lucky???)

I know I said the other day that I could feel some people willing the team to lose but I didn't think it would become so apparent this quickly.

Look Damage, you're just going to have to accept that his Royal Tubbyness is proper pony and he'll thankfully never play for this Club again because that's where your real malice stems from.

Another ridiculous post from the anti harry brigade. Need to give the new team a little more time before jumping on their back, plus the fact that spurs are a very decent side too.

Ahh **** it, warnock back! Kenny back! Helguson back! Let's live in our championship winning season.

"You're Spurs and you know you are" was sung to Glenn Hoddle, not Harry.

Remember, it was that fat Guru that got us promoted last year, not Redknapp.

We get beaten up now though and it's Droopy for the mincer :(

No last year was a combination of alignment of stars and the baby jesus. This year it will all be harry's fault again, unless we stay up, which will entirely be down to the tactical genius of Hoddle (no matter how long he's here for).

I predict that many teams will get a good hiding from Spurs this season.

I agree with some of the comments made about team selection, but only Redknapp can explain why he put out the team he did. From a pragmatic point of view, given that arguably the most important games from which to get results are those against the sides we expect to be in the bottom half of the table (yes, yes, perhaps like Hull) if the plan was to mentally write-off a match against Spurs by using this fixture as an opportunity to blood new signings, then that would receive some sympathy from me. But that doesn't necessarily explain everything we saw today.

I have no problem whatsoever with Redknapp still having some affinity for Spurs and am not angered in the slightest by what has been described in the OP.

The Hull result was hugely disappointing, but there were sufficient positives to take away from that match. Losing at Spurs was no great surprise, although the margin of defeat was unwelcome, but it's whether Redknapp has learned enough from today's selection and performance that will matter.

Two games into a new season and our manager is apparently a scum bag who should consider resigning. Incredible.

Mistakes get made, I'm not HR's biggest fan or detractor really, but I did make the decision not to jump to any rash conclusions with him. My sig tells you where I think the problems of recent years started, but HR's not going to apologies for what happened today, he may take some blame for the selection because he can't duck that, but don't expect more.

The problem is with no goals and no points we are already feeling history repeating, but we have to be careful not to wobble to early. Not happy clappy but stoic resilience.

Easy to say when I didn't go today I know..

We lost a game, get over it. 36 left.

Also, it does amuse me how opposition fans (typically of the same two or three clubs) are experts on the club when we lose and mysteriously absent when we win. I mean Norwich, really? Surely the wettest bunch of fans in the football league after Fulham and Watford.
