Note the pre-fix in title, this comes from the People.

Terrible standard of journalism in the above, but thought it was still worth a post.

Dont believe this to be true. Krul is good but there is plenty of room for improvement. It would be wise to stay with Newcastle as he does get plenty of chances with us and he should be in no big rush to get the no.1 he is only 23! If he does leave i will be very dissapointed though

He should know Harper has been for many years in the bench and has more experience and Forester is good just like him....he will see all his option butt one thing is for sure we have great keepers in Newcastle, they are all good butt Harper deserve to be number 1.

I think Krul is the future and will be given the no. 1 spot. Harper is good but getting on (i know hes a keeper) but i dont think the managment team will want to risk unsettling Krul now hes on course to establishing himself as Dutch no. 1

Forster will go out on loan again.

This. Krul number 1 next year, Harper given keeper/academy coaching role, Forster on 6 month loan to Norwich or Celtic, with option to buy or extend loan in January.

Krul will also know that he got his debut due to Stkelenberg (sp?) being injured.

Steklenberg, I think. He's been tipped as a target for Manure and Arsenal, so Krul will know he is better than him and he only got the debut because of the injury.

It's a good problem to have, loaning Forster to Norwich for the season would be a sensible move. It's all very well him nailing it in the SPL and League 2, but that means nothing compared to a season in the PL (and at a club where he'll have a lot to do). As for Krul or Harper, I'm really 50/50 which is no help whatsoever. Both have their benefits and drawbacks.

Yehive heard it before but hearing it twice makes ne think there could be something in it. If its true then there's not much choice other than to give him the No1 next year

Red Top Rumour: Krul Wants No. 1 or He's Gone??? Gone where? He's under contract so cannot go anywhere. I bet if we told him sit on that bench or rot in the reserves, he'd pick the bench.
