suspect there is a lot comments following this ASHTON post but actually we got to be pretty much in the black as COVID STRUCK...well within 3 years of going into deby to get FFP EXCITED!

posted the income/outgoing from the LJ era before from Transfermarkt. It shows a healthy profit.
I thought that it would settle the argument but of course it didn’t.
People pointed to sales that were Cotts’s signings and wages.
I argued that if sales of previous managers players couldn’t be considered then we also have to count in the value of CURRENT players who LJ signed.
Sadly that fell on deaf ears too.
Sometimes even facts aren’t enough…..

Often peeps see something and do not inwardly digest ... or slips past the grey cells on the next time similar events occur.

I like to deal with facts, sometimes they will seem to as though I am against or for some one ... truth is although it is said facts dont matter/ what other teams do do not matter / etc etc THEY DO

currently NP is the event in question.. it starts after the game with Swansea away 20/21 season. It ends 2 games before that when DH WAS RELIEVED OF DUTIES..... 2 games between the 2 were temp managers [ mainly as Stated by NP]

4 "DECENT" PLAYERS ADDED ? rest of squad filtered and the best, most of those playing in 20/21 started this season ... IMHO we did well until 21/9/21 it then went rapidly down hill .......

We probably can spend £10- £15m in the summer year 2 of FFP 3 year average... ! SL could convert equity or whatever is needed to steady the ship... at the mo I would say "hang on" you need a good captain in stormy seas .......

this is being overly kind AND BIASED
REALITY IS the team that went to MIDDSBRO was already on route/ was there before NP was confirmed as manager ... the game v SWANSEA was acknowledged by NP as being more to do with S & D SO TAKE THEM FROM THE EQUATION

= NP Played 30 games for 25 pts == 0.83 does not seem a big difference but ----------- 0.875 = 41 pts for season ------------- .833 = 38 pts for the season both relagation this season only = 51 pts maybe 52!!!
