Well I have still never seen city lose at the KC but I don't know how. Having seen the Southampton and Brom games they would have been lucky to get one point let alone 4. Both first halves were dreadful and all the players look scared to death of making a mistake hence all the short passes and the ball ending up with Marshall who then hoofs it out to get it away from the goal. No confidence whatsoever in any of them and I am sorry but I think that comes down to the manager and coaching staff. Newcastle are full of confidence now they will walk all over us at this rate

I think you are right in the fact that I am sure MP instructions are to keep the game tight for the first 20 minutes and not concede, but that just encourages the opposition to get on top and as we saw with Soton and WBA they get a goal during this time and we are then on the back foot. At home need to be more assertive, but as you say they look devoid of confidence.

    Short on quality.
    Short on quantity.
This is entirely down to the business acumen of one Mr. Ehaw "Polo Guy and junior tycoon" Allam, who wanted to avoid paying compo to SB, so made his job impossible by refusing all his transfer targets. MP has had to pick up what he can right at the end of the market.
So well done Ehaw, really shown you business nouse there.
Good to see MOTD showing the empty upper west and signalling the abortion of a job that Polo Guy has done with our fanbase.

MP has admitted he was too cautious in the first half! At least admitting it is a step forward :emoticon-0148-yes:

Agree it's good when the tv shows the empty seats. The momentum on how **** our owners are is growing as the word spreads beyond the city. Think the idea of a complete boycott of the man city game is becoming a good idea although it will be too late for the January transfer window. Maybe we are doomed anyway.

    Complete boycott is unrealistic.
Talking about this stuff yesterday, and we all agreed that no one knows the best approach or what will be most successful.
What's wrong with more of the same?
By that I mean another red card game like v Brentford last season? The media love pictures which sum up the situation and save column space. It's cheap and effective. The next televised game at home will get 100x the coverage that Brentford game got.
Ditto flags: LFC had their flags against their previous owners at the front of the Kop game after game, no one expected a one off flag at one game to change much or publicise their cause. Takes stamina and a long haul.
    Key words: visibility and persistence.

Could also have an opposite affect? Buyers may see that Empty seats are devaluing the club! Which could make it hard for greedy twat to sell up?

It seems that old man Assem still wants to sell, but Ehab doesn't. Maybe something 'traditional' like a petition to Assem might have an impact and give him the resolve to sort his son out, (in addition to the in-ground visual stuff playing through the media) though I don't know if illness is going to continue to sideline the old man. Ironically, given the hopes a few had that Ehab may prove more reasonable than his old man, I think we are reliant on Assem being well enough to exercise some authority over his son to get any sale done.

10000 cards being held up, with a picture of Ehab wearing a dunces cap, would let the media know where the blame lies.

Spoke to a few lads last night some of whom really are up for fight now. Talk all night was about City and two individuals in particular,it's all gone from being p***ed off to real anger now. The club really has become a laughing stock again and little wonder Bruce left the building as he must of seen all this coming. If our owners are not at the ground though I don't see how cards and songs can hurt them. Not advocating violence or criminal damage, let's just say I would not be surprised if a story broke very soon about the after effects of upping the ante on the protest thing. Watch this space..

Maybe something more traditional like 'taking him out' would help?
