Terrible to see Reams turn his vitriol on our very own Dick Plumb. I too used to think that Dick was somewhat indecisive...now I can't make my mind up.
Reams does make me laugh though. He thinks he is champagne served in glass but in reality he is lukewarm piss in a plastic cup.
You know, I like to refute that our fans are low lives. Except for the two teenagers that sit next to me (and beside them, the Sport Direct track suit brigade) the rest are working professionals and relatively middle-class. Last game, at half-time we were discussing our holiday plans, where discussions about previous holidays and them going Cuba, is really not low life. Plus, you pay your money, hell, "boo away!"
That thread and other threads posted over the years are just one of a number of disgusting vitriolic attacks on individuals and Charlton Supporters generally. I have received a number of personal attacks from Reams over the years like I was **** hanging from his arse. Anybody that doesn't agree with him and stands up for themselves ultimately gets a torrent of abuse. I am a big boy and can stand up for myself but this isn't what posting on a Football forum should be all about. Yes you should argue your case and sometimes it gets a bit heated but those posts by Reams are not a one off, he has apologised before and then gone out and done exactly the same thing. Also the number of attacks on CL and this site is embarrassing. I know you will read this Reams but why do you feel the need to be so aggressive towards other forums/ posters that don't agree with you?
His obsession with Royston is also pretty scary, literally somehow mentions him in every other post he makes. I think he is upset that his forum has been dead since Royston left.
I read this thread after The Don pointed it out. It confirmed that he really is someone to be avoided, Charlton fan or not. He clearly has mental health issues and lives in his own cocoon. I never confront people like this. I know he can be quite funny at times, like his meeting with Katrien, but always keep your distance, I say.
Maybe he needs a dick punch. Not that I advocate violence, but if someone done it to Hitler back in the early 1930, different history... Just sayin'
You do know that Reams has never had a fight in his life. He was supposed to once when he gave it large with some Cardiff supporters and they all got arrested except Reams who was found hiding in an shed on a allotment. And that is a true story.
