The whole countries in panic and all they can think about is using this opportunity to have a holiday. They should be spending the time they have off now sat in their mansions reading up about how to grow some balls and improve your mental strength.
As long as the trip they're planning isn't to Lake Garda, I wouldn't be too bothered if they follow the right protocol. There's not much COVID 19 out in the Carribbean. I can see the appeal of going to a beach and recharging with some warm weather for a week or 2.
