Right, its all gone a bit quiet on here so lets just speculate! Who, realistically, would you like to be signing at the end of the season? To get the ball rolling, ill start with: LB: Aaron Cresswell Tom Kennedy CM: O'Hara if wolves go down Bridgcutt looks quite a player Mccann at burnley is out of contract isnt he? LM: That Sako lad at wolves looks an absolute handful Wallace - Burnley Anyone disagree with these lads or fancy some others?
Aaron Cresswell would cost abit We just released Tom Kennedy O'Hara wouldn't fit into Nigel's plan. Wages too high anyway Bridcutt would be class but maybe too expensive McCann is injured a lot Sake would cost quite a bit. Wolves paid 3M for him Wallace has been **** since he left Preston Alot would depend if we get a new manager and if we keep players like Schmeichel and Knockaert. Man U sound like they will buy Jeff Schlupp A new man might like Danns and Beckford. If they stay would Nugent, Wood and Beckford be enough with Vardy and Waghorn backing them up. We need some muscle in the middle of the park but top target would have to be a decent centre half to partner Wes Morgan. If we go up we will need more players but if we don't and we manage to keep everyone We need a left back, 2 centre half's, midfielder, striker Get rid of Konchesky, Whitbread, Danns, Vardy, St. Ledger, Gallagher, Wellens, Beckford, Futacs Andy King and David Nugent's contract need to be on reduced terms or try and sell them. And our biggest summer target has to be to keep and get Kasper Schmeichel on a new contract
Harsh to get rid of SSL, and i think Vardy just needs a loan. If wolves go down the likes of ohara and sako would want to leave though i think, and they cant ask for £3m. I know we released him, but he looks good
SSL isnt worth the wages he is on. Same with David Nugent and Andy King They still can offer something but the wages they are in we could get 2 or 3 quality players in We must get the wage bill down again. Still miles too high As for Vardy to make a top championship striker its now or never im afraid
i really do think he has something, his movement and 'directness' looks good, but his confidence is an absolute rock bottom.
Id go for the lad at hull, prossie I think his name is..would fit right in with our strikers I would be more concerned with the ones going out ..
From this division I'd love to see Bridcutt, Trotter and Sako. I think they occupy positions we need to fill. We should then look at securing Schmeichel, Keane and Knockaert. I think that'd do us. Schmeichel De Laet Morgan Keane Schlupp Knockaert Bridcutt/Drinkwater Trotter/James Sako Wood Nugent That'd be good for THIS league.
Im not sure too many premiership teams will have taken note of him, he has been a shining light in a piss poor team.
I suspect Sako has been well and truly spotted and will be subject to Premier League bids in the summer. Proschwitz will be a bargain buy for someone. Probably someone in Bundesliga 2.
