Early goal, followed by 83 minutes of tense League Two huff and puff and a large male voice choir singing 'You Dirty Northern B*****d' to a French defender. Aaaah... Very impressed with the back four, though still looking vulnerable to corners. Couple of good saves and a fine early goal from Cowan Hall. I assume after a few matches his card will be well and truly marked by better defenders than Morecambe put out. 44 one nils should do it. Not sure about Morgan as Man of the Match though...and JPP still looked like a player more suited to impact sub than a starter. I was behind the dug-outs so good to see that Gaz seems to have an excellent rapport with the players...and expects plenty of effort...I would not like to go back in at half-time having not given my all that's for sure. Good start!
