Well, we're playing away against a team well above us who are currently enjoying a great run of form. Those on here who predicted at the start of the season that Reading would figure in the promotion race are being proven right. So, considering our record this season, is this another one we will perform in and win? Or is this going to be a case where our weaknesses are fully exploited and they tear us apart? I think it will be one or the other with 0-0 or 1-1 being unlikely.
fully expect us to lose today, so hope they surprise me, the team let evryone down in midweek with an abject defensive display against a poor team who had no confidence, today we will be playing a team bang in form with a group of players who have been together for at least 2 years. My team today would be kasper kennedy bamba st ledger peltier dyer danns wellens gallagher nugent beckford subs morgan drinkwater marshall howard schlupp i reckon realistically 3-1 reading but as i say lets hope they surprise me
I think the team will be Schmeichel Peltier St. Ledger Bamba Kennedy Drinkwater Danns Wellens Dyer Beckford Nugent Subs Morgan, Gallagher, Marshall, Schlupp, Howard
The bit I've highlighted is the key I reckon. This time next year, I'll predict we will be in at least 3rd position for exactly the same reason, assuming Nigel doesn't have a huge clearout. I'll go with Proud's team selection with The Lord to score.
