A decent squad who have won a third of the last 120 games, yeah really decent.
Usually around the playoff's, under LJ & quarter of last season floating around the top with Deano in charge...you can only do that with rubbish players <doh>

We need to fix the issue of allowing teams to put pressure on late in the games.
Every game so far has been the same - including the FGR game.
We weathered the storm vs Reading, but it was squeaky-bum for the last 15 minutes.
It's natural for an opposition chasing the game to throw everything at us to rescue a point/win, but we shouldn't allow ourselves to be pushed back so far.
I didn't watch the game so I don't know if we sat back when 3-1 up, but Reading should never have got back in the game with that scoreline.
Hopefully Nige will be working on that - and the win will have lifted the mood and settled the nerves anyway.

I agree, I think it’s partly an issue of confidence, it’s been so long since we won a game, hopefully this win will settle the nerves and we’ll improve in that regard.

The difference is, we were on top when we pressed them high. Never given them a chance to settle...that's when we are at our best..As soon at we gave them more time to play it out, we became under pressure and had our own wobbles. The pressing game sapps loads of energy, so we need to learn, that when we have the ball, we keep it..
