Reading sack Adkins.

Couldn't happen to a nicer fella.

 

3 teams went down last year. Two of them have now sacked their Managers. The other one is in the Premier League...

 

Reading FC, now there is a funny one. The supporters keep asking for more details about their shady new Thailand based owners, thats what I keep reading in my local press.

Also the holding company for Reading FC announced they are £65 million in debt. It's not looking too clever for them right now!

 

Every team scrambling for success and the manager gets it in the neck when that success is delayed.

 

Not a great surprise as results have been terrible lately.....

 

Won't be out of work for long, a decent manager imo.

 

I have to agree with this. He had a bit of a Neil Warnock situation where he stepped into a club that was up for sale.

 

What have I missed, I always thought he was a decent man?

 

Should never have got rid of the bald bloke. Used to get a lot of stick from their fans 2/3 seasons ago knocking our club thinking they were somehow bigger and better. Their gates have gone from 24K to 15K (where have all those true Rzzzzz gone)? £65M in Debt with dodgy Thai owners. Their team is shocking and looking towards League One and now they sack Adkins? Not good times for Reading but after some of the comments about our club from them in the past, I really don't care.
