Was surprised by this on 'Vital Reading' until I saw the 'source' .... http://www.reading.vitalfootball.co.uk/sitepage.asp?a=321414
He's one of my favourite players, but I hardly think clubs are going to be fighting over him, no offence Lloyd. Every year I think he won't get into our team and he just keeps coming back!
"Stereo typically" - What's that? Like a common Hi-Fi? "Dyer has passed his peak at the age of 30 for a winger, which also begs the question, what will he offer that Kebe won't, who is currently 29." What the **** is this guy talking about? It's impossible to group players together in terms of peak performance as it's all down to opinion. Some would argue, for instance, that Giggs played his best football at around age 34 whilst others say 24, so it's ****ing stupid to talk about peak performance levels based on age.
Dyer actually seems to if not be getting better then at least not getting worse. He's still got his pace, and someone seems to have taught him how to get the ball into the box recently. Had his best spell with us around November time this season, and has been in the team far more frequently than Marshall. A model professional, I think most teams in this league should be happy to have someone like him at their club.
Pulled more hair out over Lloyd more than anyone else... he never seems to get it... great pace , but the final product, forget it.. ,
lloyd dyer is my favorite impact player, He always impresses when hes on form, but sometimes like you expect in the championship, he just fades away. Same goes for knockaert and wood.
people need to understand that with the type of pace that he has if he had the end product all the time then he would be in the premier league as a world beater. I think he is a terrific asset.
