CJS I can't see Higgs having the guts to do the decent thing and get rid of the twat. It would mean admitting he's made yet another mistake when appointing a manager. Judging by the way the protests at Blackburn haven't led to a change of manager there it might be the best way to force the issue would be to boycott home games until it sinks in that we won't pay to watch what Buckle considers to be football. Not even Higgs could ignore that!
Already said that I wont be going again until we get a change ... and that goes for my son-in-law as well!
i am not sure if i will go vs crewe. i left yesterday to the last minute if i would bother going or not. i decided to go. i did the same vs swindon. i will do the same vs crewe and wait and see what mood im in in the morning. im at my breaking point. i may give it 1 more game or i may say thats it now. one this is for certain, if he is in charge next season, i wont be renewing my season ticket.

the guys a joke. why didnt he think about bringing in 2 commanding centre backs at the start of the season? i heard this interview on radio bristol. when he was asked if he felt he was still the right man for the job he actually laughed out 1st before answering. he havent even started looking at players as when we was asked this question he went on saying "the players has to be right for the club financially" meaning he has no idea who he wants! and said "poisonous atmosphere" when he said the atmosphere has not been right. sky missed the word poisonous.
wiz your a sensible chap, answer me this, what manager would wait until the 86th min to make a sub to change things if he was witnessing his team ignore his tactics and instead do what they want and chuck away a 2 goal lead? as it was 2-2 when he made his subs.

cjs,no prob,as for your question,there is not one I can think of,the nearest is a mutton head called Millen,have you noticed there has hardly been a comment on here about Buckle (except for the obvious) from a City fan,we know what you are suffering because of our recent experience with Millen. You lot have had one year of it and it seems Higgs has now handed you another one,where will he take you next...?
Difficult to advise a boycott. Many did that at Chester in protest at Vaughan's ownership. This resulted in a considerable reduction in receipts and look where they ended up.
excuse the invasion, but on reflection, you may be stuck with chuckle. could it be that higgs cannot afford to sack chuckle, for financial and self esteem reasons. therefore you may have to go lower in the league before he turns it around if he can. a win against crewe would take a bit of pressure of him and the players. somehow or other brother chuckle has to lift the drooping spirits of the gas players and hone them into a regularly winning team again. in this i wish him well, and so does irene.
When you have a look at those who recently inhabited the hot seat we've a great reputation in picking some right lemons on a temporary or full time basis - Martin Dobson, Malcolm Allison, Garry Thompson, Ian Adkins, Ray Graydon, Darren Patterson, Dave Penney, Paul Buckle. I've never for one moment in all my 30 odd years of supporting the Gas said we're a big club. That said, for too long the fans have been treated with contempt by our board. If we'd been given some straight, honest answers by the current manager about what our prospects were going to be this season then we wouldn't be as angry as we are now. However we were promised automatic promotion, in fact we were told nothing less would do this season. The same person who promised us that 5 months later told us we expected too much. I can only take it Buckle lied to us about what this season was going to be about 6 months ago and if he lied to us then he probably lied to the board as well in order to get the job.

Nothing to add really......I've been on the Fans' Forum recently and those whom wize would call the 'happy clappers' have gone silent. Almost every comment is against Buckle. He has infected our club and the sooner he is sent packing the better.
