Re:Cardiff Controversy

This also may have been asked before, but re-Cardiff situation, how much(/what) would Newcastle(/you personally) have to be offered to change the strip colour to something more investable (that'd be the red, blue, white, then )?

How about our lovely sea-horses? What would you, within reason, let Mike swap them for?

And finally, when will they bloody start paying whoever makes these mock-strips during pre-season to use their designs?!

 

As a passer by, the title caught my attention and I thought perhaps it was something new , I would hate to see my teams (Norwich City) change from it's traditional Yellow & Green. I know the 2nd (and sometimes 3rd) kit gets a dramatic overhaul every few years and that I can live with. We have played in Green, White, Blue & White halves and even Red over the last 20 years or so and it has never caused any stress to my life as a Canary fan but THE club colours, as far as I am concerned, should never be changed - no matter what financial incentives may be laid on the table.

Would I stop supporting my club if it did happen? Of course not, but I am not so sure I would be happy to see that particular tradition being stripped away.

 

I'm not too fussed about all that really as long as the team would progress from such a move.
Like SJP being renamed it's the way of the world now and if you were to ask me..... pink and green stripes..... and the FA Cup or stay as we are and never win anything I know which one I'd choose.
