Three times over the limit and only had 'two glasses of wine', eh? Two buckets, I believe. This fool is still insisting his innocence. What a prawn! I hope the beak throws the book at him. RED (wine) card
I cannot believe the mans defence, he hasn't a cat in hells chance of getting away with this and the CPS will make sure he doesn't as that opens the door for others. Money might talk but on this occasion it won't, all he is doing is prolonging his ban and he will get a 3 year ban and maybe a re-sit test. Silly sod..
When he first came to prominence, as a teenager, I thought he was something special. Then, like his passing, he went backwards.
Sounds like a case for Nick Freedman. Motoring offences Solicitor to the bent, the rich and the famous
I like Wilkins actually and he was a class footballer IMO. I think his match summaries are distinct, thoughtful, incite full but above all intelligent. All the more reason that I'm embarrassed for him trying to defend his obvious guilt. He is going to have a hefty legal bill after this and he will still be found guilty IMO? Silly pillock Raymondo?
I challenged the machine a few years ago as I had a staggered breath (not consistent in doing a constant breath into the machine) with being COPD and the actual breath test I took which was recorded on CCTV was an utter shambles, the Middlesbrough police force were at the time of thought the most thickest twats I'd ever met. The CPS battled me all the way, hired scientists and the best to counteract my defence which was very good. They were adamant in their cause that I was over the limit and no matter what scientific counter measure we did by the inaccuracy of the machine and reading they had an answer. It was a battle over 2 years that I lost and served my ban and in reality as the person I am now, yes I had a drink that night and No I shouldn't have been driving. The mans flogging a dead horse and he will be the loser.. PS.. btw, it was the ex-wife that shopped me, on the way to Tesco to buy her supper..
