    The lad had an almost 1 in 2 ratio for Schalke and scored 5 in the Champions League. He's still got it after all this time. Would like to see him in the Prem.

    Mind you, I'm surprised Raul has never wanted a move to an EPL team. For such a massive and successful career, surely one of the final challenges left would be to play in the Premier League, at least for a little while.

    I'd take Raul on a 2-year contract, he is pure class - and we could really do with a finisher as good and intelligent as him. Yes it's good signing lots of young quick players, but we could do with Raul. Similar to when Man U and Barcelona had Henrik Larsson, quality regardless of age.
