    Is he injured still??

    Is he goona be fit for Sunderland , anyone know.

    He had bruised foor for Valarenga, and wasnt even on bench for Valencia

    Anyone have any info

    Rumours on net saying we have turned down £11m bid from Udines for him

    btw, Johnson is supposedly out for Sunderland game

    Meireles is back in training but is unlikely to start against Sunderland due to fitness levels <ok>

    If you look back, it was only press statements that suggested that either of them wanted away. I have not seen any statement from Mirelles and Aqua has made a statement that he is here to play.

    That's also very true. I think the fact that our midfield is full of good players has led to large amounts of media speculation, and no sign of any thing official.

    Yeah but Aquas agent hasn't been short of a word or two eh...he's been pretty quick to open his mouth about this and that clubs interested but I can't help thinking...how crap does an agent have to be to NOT find a buyer for a player of his quality??

    Edit: I think he should sack his agent and hire one who wants him to stay :D

    There was a quote from Meireles as to if he is staying and he said "of course" or something like that. On paper that looks fine and dandy, on the actual video, he laughs and cant really look at the report and shifts a lot......hmmm.
