No way is that real? <laugh><laugh><laugh>

Wiping the debts of £76 million was part of the interest free loans, as were most of the improvements made. This is not some unbelievable benefactor, this is a nob who has stashed his cash under a Newcastle crested pillow.

Ellis Short did the same thing, but ultimately had to forget all his loans, because he realised Sunderland had become a financial millstone around his neck. I would love it, love it, if the same happened to Ashley, however much of a shame it would be for the fans.

Exactly what I thought. No way can a multi-billionaire be that rattled, or idiotic, to put his stupidity in writing and let the Daily Fail have it.

    But he has.

One those facking jawdees work out Lee's the one who signed it, there'll literally be no 'senior' person ever at SJP!!!

Could. Not. Make. This. ****. Up.

Just thinking about it. Stadium sponsorship at £10 million a year, plus changing the name for a season at £20 million, and his loans have been repaid easily, and that's a conservative estimate.

He can **** off, we owe him nothing.

Did someone here work out the boards around the pitch usually go for around £5.6m per year? That alone's £50m or so, let alone all the other tacky crap plastered everywhere. As you say, he's saved himself around £15m x 10. Loan repaid. Now **** off you fat bastard.

    He’s a toerag no doubt.

If you where to do a poll of Newcastle people and fans at matches I would be very interested to see what the % is of people who want him to stay. Probably lower than 10%!

As a public interest company as opposed to a business you would think that there would actually be something could be done to remove his grubby hands from the club.

exactly what I was thinking, but he fails to mention this part of his tenure

I laugh when he points out how he financed the return to the premiership
as if he hadn't noticed it was his penny pinching that got us relegated in the first place - twice

I also remember that I had my season ticket price frozen for 3 years,
but I paid for my 3 year ticket up front , I also paid for premiership football and got championship football in one season, and their response to that "well you get more games in the championship"
it's like buying sports gear from SD and taking it back saying it's cheap ****e
,they know it's ****e but here's a free mug to compensate

This is again where the FA fail miserably. Not even really us but every club who’ve suffered, yet somehow nobody has gone to the FA and said “what, exactly, have you dozy ****ers done?” Nothing leaned since Portsmouth, they got away with MK Dons fiasco, Leeds, Villa and Ellis, mackens and Ellis II. Thaksin, Venkys too.

They should be protecting the fans, the game, not just shrugging when some other moron rocks up and messes about because they have money.

I have said it many time son here ....................... Mike Ashley does not like to be the target of abuse and is incredibly thin skinned.

He has no issue when Charnley or Pardew or some other hapless ****er is on the sharp end, but he does not like it up him.

Protest directly against him and his beloved SD as it is the best chance we have of seeing him off.

NUFC needs to become toxic for him and SD for him to **** off.
