Anyone else feeling, that a club (especially you know who) should not take a nations crest, our nations crest to incorporate it on their individual club shirt? I don't care if it's an Asian representation or not, I feel it is an insult! RANT NOT OVER
I wouldn't worry. Every football fan in the league knows which Welsh club flies the flag proudly and represents Wales at the top level of football and it's not Cardiff !
Yes, Wrexham have the dragon. I have a sneaking suspicion that the Cardiff one will be more Asian than Welsh.
Well said Dilli, there truly is only one team left in Wales flying the flag for Wales, and it's the boys in White!.....
Something like this? http://www.draconika.com/img/chinese-dragon-red.jpg This ones a bit different: http://media.photobucket.com/image/...3632/Chinese dragons/white-chinese-dragon.jpg
We did, however, just announce we'd be having a red kit next season. Two minutes later, guess who want to be playing in red...
Thanks guys , it's just those cheeky f*%&^*g useless T*£ts down the road, who can't play football or manage their affairs without F*c*88g up and bringing Welsh football and footballing teams into disrepute W***ers!....... There, better now , off to my conciliatory counselling day job.
It is an attempt to woo both the malaysian and Welsh public. They know that they are now starting to fall well behind us in popularity in Wales. As we are the number 1 Welsh team and no doubt they are seeing white shirts in Cardiff and the valleys. So by branding themselves in red and using a dragon they are hoping floating Welsh fans people will start to follow them. Can't see it working myself.
Can't see the Malaysian public being the slightest bit interested until they start playing the likes of Chelsea and Liverpool. On recent performances that's a long way off imo. Wonder if QPR have a massive Malaysian following because of Fernandes? Not sure but I doubt it. Football fans everywhere like to watch good football played the right way, and that's why there was a recent article in a Malaysian paper urging football fans to take a look at us. Cardiff fans were not happy.
