Ranking best ever managers (title winning) & worst managers perf in PL History

This is just my opinion with lots of truth, fun and bit of controversy. Please feel free to share your list of best & worst manager performances.

Best:
1. Ranieri - no explanation
2. Tony Conte - With little to no money to spend inherited a depleted, 10th placed team to title and did in some style too.
3. Arsene Wenger not the invincible season, but his first title in 1997-98 when he did the double over moneybag Manchester.
4. Kenny D - Rovers 1994-95 - Within a short term overcame Moneybag Manchester led by insipid Alex. This is remarkable and gave the future teams a platform to break monopoly of Manu and make the PL not so one team league.
5. Judas Mo - 2014-15 - Scared insipid Alex to retire finally. He had a net spent of next to nothing in his terms and compared to Moneybag City.


Honorable mentions go to Rodgers, Keegan, Rafa, Poch et al for coming very close to a title.

Worst:
1. Alex Ferguson - Lost multiple years in one horse league before PL era. Took several million pounds and years, eventually fluked his way to the top when there are no teams / managers to compete against.
2. Judas Mo - for screwing up Chelsea in 2015-16 and made champs to flirt with relegation.
3. Tony Conte - for throwing in the towel after board didn't given for all his wishes
4. Pep G - For being a border line fraudster
5. Arsene Wenger - For winning few micky mouse trophies in 2010s against lower league oppositions and cheating the highest paying fans.

Honorable mentions go to 'Arry, Pards, Big Sam, De Boer, Adams et al. But these Gents are no way close to the top 5 worst manager performance above.

I know this is a **** thread, but we have surely had two of the worst managers with Steve Wigley and Pellegrino.

 

They are like SAF compared to some of the utter ****ers we've had.

 

Spurs have had a few ****e ones over the years.

Tim Sherwood thought he was the next Pep.

 

We've had Ricky Sbragia and Kevin Ball managing us in the premier league.
