Good catch for Leicester, Ranieiri is a decent enough manager, certainly better than psycho Pearson and his sexually deviant son anyway.

What brand of football does he like to play... boring defensive set ups ? hopefully he will stick with our 3-5-2

Well at Chelsea he played 442 for the first couple seasons, then when we signed Makalele he switched to a 4132, with Maka behind Lamps, Gronkjaer and Joe Cole in midfield.
That was 11 years ago though, not really sure what he does these days

Ranieri is especially good at identifying talent, and he was responsible for many of the team that Jose cleaned up with on his first visit to Chelsea. A decent man to go with it. Good luck to him.

Aye, Ranieiri, if I am not mistaken, spotted Robben and Cech and had their deal tied up before he was sacked.

Ranieri has an eye for talent, at least when he was at chelsea.

However, as much as i loved the tinkerman and his charm, his rotation policy was the most annoying thing i found about him. He seems to love rotating for rotating sake.

As for how good he is now, i wish him all the best but i haven't rated him as a manager for a while. In his last 8 jobs, he's been sacked from 5 of them albeit mainly at large clubs and maybe not all down to his fault. That alone would have alarm bells ringing for me

He did have a lot of players to please. Especially when Roman arrived and splashed the cash. A lot of big egos to make happy.
I remember, in midfield especially, us having a ridiculous amount of players all vying for a starting place.
