Honestly it works.

If you look the hold is shaped to push you away from the next hold up and is an open hand hold to boot.

Most women (And me lol) don't have the open hand grip strength to pull on up through with hand alone.

if you are flexible but strong in core and groin . the grips on the entire surface of the shoes are sticky enough to allow you to move up enough to get your hand on next hold... sometimes it can literally just be an inch extra distance changing it from a locked out sequence to being able to move up.

It hurts your knee and ankle but it does work.

looks to me England were cruising til the ref got sick of little stuff going on about the field and he just started dinging things and Wales have been on front foot for 20mins.

Well it now.means Wales are on for grand slam as they only have Scotland next then Ireland at home.

Ireland ****ed it against Scotland with 15mins left and 3 tries scored. they failed to get bonus point so can now at best get 3rd.

England are now looking at Italy and Scotland so that's another 10 points.

Ireland might decide who is first but imo the Welsh have not got enough bonus points so must win the game.
