Lost 3-2 today. Utter utter bollocks. The result flatters the opposition, not sure how we managed to lose but it was down to our own faults, going-ho again. For some reason we don't know who to defend and leave ourselves open to counter attacking teams.

Will say the winning goal was a hell of goal.

Froome getting questions about double the level of Salbutamol (asthma drug) in him after the Vuelta

Of course there's no reason at all why an asthmatic can't become one of the greatest road cyclists of all time <laugh>

yup been talking about this bollocks for ages.

When a foreign country do it, it's doping and a disgrace.

When the west does it, it's fine, they are allowed to have these drugs as they suffer from x or y (TUEs is basically legalised doping).

    Ridiculous

Absolutely lad, it's residual historical nonsense left over from the Cold War and Soviet days, plus Russia and the rest of western europe still don't really like each other that much politically which transfers to sports of course

The whole sport's still at it, but like you say the way it's done has shifted again, what once was needles in coke cans is now TUE forms and excuses

Too many Ls creeping in bro after a good start to the season with Ws all over, inconsistency taking over

If I was commenting here about football I'd say that was strong upper mid-table form, you lot need to sort it out if you want to get top 4

Should have won two of the games we lost.
Unfortunately were alot like Liverpool atm, very attacking but one long ball through and the defence is caught out and they're not the quickest, every goal we've conceded has been exactly the same (why don't we learn <wah>). Frankly we need to learn to cling onto a win rather than trying to bulldoze teams.

We need to finish in the top 2 for promotion, only the top team gets automatic, 2nd has to play a playoff with 2nd in our sister league. (although that often doesn't happen due to reshuffling of the above leagues and the chances of National and Northern relegations).
I actually think over the years and the changing of Leagues and rise of super-clubs, its been made harder to win promotion (easy to stay in a division).

We can do it, I still think we're better than the other teams in the league (even the ones we lost too). Just need to learn from mistakes and be more conservative at times.

don't need a TUE to take Sambutamol as it (presumably) considered to be non performance enhancing (since it is not on the WADA list) though a limit is put on the amount you can have in your sample by the UCI.
The large number of cyclists using inhalers is interesting & as far as i know there has not been a study to see if the strains pro cyclists put their bodies through causes asthma type symptoms or cycling thinks anti asthma drugs improve performance.

    And we're back.

4-1 win. Not a spectacular performance, solid and hardworking (which was probably what we needed after the indifferent results before Christmas).
