Random Bored at Work Article: Starwars & Liverpool FC.

    Starwars & Liverpool FC.

    The story of Starwars and LFC are very similar.

    Star wars started off with the Jedi Order aka Liverpool FC, they also had Yoda (Shankly), Qui Gon Jinn (Paisley) and Obi Wan Kenobi (Kenny Dalgish)

    The Jedi order was then extinct and a new Empire came in led by Palpatine (Man United & Fergie)

    Everyone was scared of the Empire (I.E the FA) except the Rebels (Liverpool). Every now and then the Rebels would strike small insignificant blows to the Empire (referring to the occasional win in the league) then there were the bigger battles where the Rebels would win the day start rising up against the Empire (The trophies under Houllier). Then there was the battle of the death star in Starwars: A New Hope (Istanbul) took one man to save the day then, Luke Skywalker (Stevie Gerrard).

    Then the battle of Hoth (FA Cup 2006) again the Empire lost out (we knocked em out)

    Occasionally the Empire destroyed an Alderan or two (United’s Champions League wins) but they used a big laser not a well organized army…

    All we are waiting for now is the final battle when Skywalker confronts Vader (not sure who Vader could be at the moment) and then Vader rising up and kills the emperor (or in our case Fergie to drop of his perch)

    Then Han Solo finally gets to nail Leia… And Luke retires to train other Jedi…


    Ta-Da! Like <magic>


    DISCLAIMER: If you think the article is pants I'm sorry, I'm bored at work and I lack the motivation to go to the shop and buy a can of coke... :cry:

    Obi wan(King Kenny) has returned as leader of the rebels(Liverpool) and aims to reclaim what rightfully belongs to them,and in order to do so must defeat the empire(Man United) and their evil leader Darth Vader(Baconface.) The rebels with help from Luke Skywalker (Stevie),Hans Solo(Luis Suarez) and Jabba the Hut(Andy Carroll) and R2D2(Lucas) and 3CPO(Carra) will do so.

    Also Michael Owen as Darth Vader…? Turned to the dark side maybe he could do one last good deed before he dies of hamtringitus…. :grin:

    Michael Owen is going to die from rigomortus.Well thats what you get from lying flat on your back 365 days a year.He spends as much time as Hargreaves on the treatment table.Regarding Hargreaves,someone should tell their club doctors,there is no cure for arthritis.He has it in both knees.
