Currently, England has the highest UEFA Coefficient and a +23 margin on 4th placed Italy. This season, no English club (with the exception of maybe Stoke) has done well in Europe. Wins were few and far between and already 3 have dropped out of the EL and Arsenal are soon to join them.

With Spanish football maintaining their current strength, albeit with RM and Barcelona only, Italian football mounting a possible resurgence, and Germany staying strong as well, is England in danger of falling out of the top 3 and thus having one less representative in the CL? It won't happen in the next 2, maybe 3 seasons, but it could be that it comes a time when England lose a CL spot.

Anybody else concerned? Or is this just a blip?

It could happen, but it would be far more realistic to believe that this season is the 'blip', it seems highly unlikely that either Manchester club will make the same mistakes next season as they did this season, Spurs are more likely to make an impression in the CL than Arsenal and sooner or later one of the 'bigger' clubs who make the Eurpoa league will actually take it seriously.
