Thanks for the info Apthh on Rami. Clearly a very promising young CH. Just don't see him getting much playing time though as we are very strong in that position. I didnt understand why Bruce ignored Fathi and now Gedo after his goal scoring success in the Championship before his injury last season. Strange.

How many do we have? In what countries are they based? Please let me know-I'd be curious. That Fathi chap seemed a bit surplus to SB's requirements didn't he? Given AA's connections to Egpyt, that country's political instability, the need to channel money in and out etc, it wouldn't seem out of the question that non-football reasons might play a part in these player movements. By all means, continue to believe in our current owner's infallibility and wisdom.

We don't need scouting because all the information we need is on the internet. Allam said that and his intention was to stop scouting at City. I have no idea if that's been followed up since. I think Ternent was appointed after that so whilst it'd be silly, it's not unbelievable that he could be the only one scouting for us. Surely no one really thinks that the fact we have a (mad) Egyptian owner and we keep signings Egyptian players is just a coincidence? There's hardly any Egyptians in English football.
Predictably no response from Hapless about the number of scouts/employees we have watching football and in which countries they operate. (It's Strictly final tonight- must be yet another big tv night for him I suppose)
