Very good read and encouraging when you consider all the rumours going around. The main things I picked from that was that he was approached in October (though not clear whether that was as Chairman), the money situation at Saints was an unwelcome surprise (though no more are expected) which suggests that Nicola was keeping KL out of the loop, he refers to a commercial vacuum (so Nicola wasn't as good in this area as we might have hoped) and a serious attempt is being made to keep Mauricio by making this a good place to be. Importantly, the money situation does not mean that players need to be sold.
This is a Juxtapose to the meltdown on the rumours thread. Bottom line is not important to KL, her motivations are more emotionally based....This not the talk of a club looking to sell all its best players and end the ambition to become a bigger and better club.
Not sure bottom line isn't important to KL in the scheme of things...think he is saying that it isn't the be all and end all. Fans have an emotional investment in a football club...good that the owner has as well.
