I like both, but probably like the chilli one more ATM as it’s new.
I am having it with butter and cheese on crumpets for breakfast tomorrow.

I’m a peanut butter and marmite on crumpet man. Normal and chilli versions

don’t buy the peanut butter and marmite jars though.

Fainted last Friday night and banged my face on a wall (no joke), lots of blood and a couple of stitches needed. Was the third time I've fainted in a year.

The doctor did all the checks and said that I need to increase my potassium intake. So now I eat 3 or 4 bananas, a couple of avocados, and drink a litre of coconut water, every day. Only a week into it, but I'm definitely feeling a lot of positives. I used to have a constant aching feeling in my thighs and basically gave up doing exercise because of it. Now, that's gone. I'm sleeping much better, and energy levels are improving.

    In sum, eat more bananas!

I would guess coconut water is helping with the thighs and energy (recovery). I started drinking it a couple of years ago, not for any health benefits but because I saw it, tried it and liked it. Only after I started doing lots of cycling did I find out it is good for recovery. Here I’ve only found one brand that has 100% coconut water and no added fructose. Avoid the fructose That brand is the most expensive so I buy several when it’s on offer (which is often)

My breakfast every weekday is a banana, coffee powder, cocoa powder, oats and milk blended together, accompanied by a glass of coconut water on the side. I probably drink a third to half a litre a day.

Yeah there is a bloke down my street who sells actual bloody coconuts. Hacks them open in front of you with a machete. There's also a bunch of brands to choose from in the supermarkets here, so I'm okay on that front. Quitting the booze for a while too. Will just buy the 0% alcohol stuff when I get the craving.

You forgot to say that you are now also very good at climbing trees.

Seriously though ! have had a banana every day for the last twenty years for the potassium content to counteract the side effects of my medication which would otherwise destroy my kidneys.

The fresh coconut will set you back fifty pesos. That's about 75p. One of the perks of living in S.E. Asia.

I swear they never taught anything about this stuff in school.

If I was a curriculum designer, it would all be about bananas and bank loans, instead of bloody Pythagorus' Theorem and bunsen burners.

Now you just have a constant aching feeling in your heart about Che's thighs.

    It's a good swap.

    I hate being lied to.
Hermes are supposed to be collecting a parcel, to be returned to Marks and Spencer’s, with a collection time of anytime today, 8am - 8pm.
Checked my emails at around 12.30, to see one from Hermes telling me that they had “tried to collect the parcel but I was out”.
    ##*#@£##**@###*****
They will now try again on Monday!!!
I live in a block with intercom entry, and the only way I wouldn’t hear the ring of the system would be if I was dead.
    As for trying to complain!
An online chat with a pre-programmed bot that can only repeat the lie spouted in the email.
    Ditto if you phone up.
    ****s!!!!

Hermes was meant to deliver a parcel for my wife one Saturday a while back.
I stayed in all day to take the package in, my wife then rang me to say they had emailed about a failed delivery to no one being in.....so where was I?
    I never left the front door.....they lied......****ers.
