Interesting and positive video from Pindex today on Quantum Computing [nothing to do with Brexit]. I think you may like it. It gives a rather good description of what quantum computing will be capable of in a very short time. The little test at the end with the red arrow and stumbling/running graphic is a reasonable demonstration of machine learning. Incidentally, the short piece where Elon Musk talks about being scared of what AI may become is somewhat about it getting into the wrong hands and being used as a weapon. However, one could extrapolate that once AI is let out into the open world, it may get too clever to quickly before we can confine it. But that's the potentially negative story. Think of how much consideration we give to ants. That could be how AI might think about us fairly quickly:
But it also kind of means that Prime isn't worth paying for.** **Tbf, I won't use Amazon on principle anyway. So there's one lost customer.
I would be lost without Prime to be fair. They have got a lot better on deliveries, and as I said they have always addressed it when there have been issues.
I imagine they’re using graphene technology to store power in the bodywork. I know other companies are moving in that direction. Looks nice!
I have accidentally found myself watching BBC Scotland, and the programme is Earth from Space. Showing the growth of towns and cities over the years and the sad loss of green areas. Amazing and worth looking for on catch up.
