For me one of the positive'so this appointment is having Chelsea Old Boy Boudwijn Zenden back as Rafa's assistant manager! Always nice to have a Blue on the management team, eh blues!
 
An interesting choice and totally unexpected.
TBH under Rafa no one has much of an input so not sure it matters.

I'm not saying Rafa was a good or bad decision but I will say that it is always good to have a manager with a winning mentality as boss. Jose and Rafa really aren't that different.
