Is it still on the go. Spent many a late night when I was a kid listening in. The abiding memory is just how **** the sound was. Good Days.
No, it was between the years of 1973 and 1978, approximately. Used to have a transistor radio (wireless) which was shaped like a book. That was when I was aged 8 - 13 years. 5 years in fact, which coincidentally is one of my favourite songs by Dame Bowie. That and All The Madmen. So because of your comments I now have him serenading me in my head. Cheers. Anyway, later darling.
I remember Luxembourg, ER. They used to play all the pop music, but like you said, the reception was ****e. Do you remember Dr Dick's Midnight Surgery on Radio clyde?
No but I remember Tiger Tim and Jim Sandison. Also "half way down Robertson Street" Some ****in advert.
Absolute radio is ****e. That **** in the morning who thinks he's a comedian - I've had surgery that was more amusing than him.
