Apparently one of the brand ambassadors for Arsenal (an Indian model by the name of Esha Gupta) called Iwobi a gorilla in a private text message that was leaked online. It's created quite the stir on Twitter. Really sad that we still have to deal with this in this day and age. What's even sadder is that the club still haven't really issued any kind of statement relating to the incident even though it happened almost 2 days ago. Arsenal have always been at the forefront of equality on and off the pitch. Some of our best players have been black. I think this kind of discrimination should not be tolerated.
