It is a poor show that if Dave Allen was alive today most of his material would be banned. I loved the days when we could openly joke about almost everything (and I don't mean Love thy Neighbour cr*p) but now you have to be careful. This is true.....a couple of years ago at work we were having a discussion at lunchtime and I used the adjective Niggardly to describe an attitude. A certain colleague full pf PC boll*cks had a right go at me about my choice of word - I then explained it was nothing whatsoever to do with what she thought. God help us, and may your God go with you!
