    Not having a pop at you, but he didn't play 115 full games, it was engineered at the end so he kept coming on as sub just to get the caps. But I would have said him anyway!

    yeah but he still took most of the corners from the second he came into the team to the second he left it! obviously not the right answer - it must be something more cryptic but i've lost interest! <laugh>

    I was unable to obtain the correct answer-even with the clues,so I have been onto Quiz Master for correct answer.

    You were right about a "trick" question (dave and Supers)

    The answer was Barry Sheene -ffs <sorry>

    All the photos I have seen confirm this.

    Still a legend to many.Died on my birthday 10th March 2003.

    Fair enough, but, what the f*** has 'Jerez Phaseolus' got to do with it? As far as I can see Jerez is a moto racing circuit in Spain, (link there) but Phaseolus is the common bean????
    I know Sheene had his bean out a lot but I can't see the link! :confused:
