I think he should definitely come into the team now.

I would either drop Brady and play him on the left or play Brady on the right and drop Koren.

We certainly looked better going forward yesterday when he came on, I thought the last 20 minutes we should have pinched it. Koren had another good game, Brady was not at his best. Difficult call to decide who should make way for him.

We could play a 4-3-3 type system:

    Livermore Huddlestone Quinn
    Aluko Graham Brady

I would like to see Brady played further forward and have Quinny on the wing.

I think Brady needs to be further up the pitch, if he doesn't have to track back and let Quinn do that i think he will cause far more problems. Quinn really changed us, brought some life to us, and didn't try doing anything fancy just got the ball in the box.

Quinniesta changed the team when he came on, with his pace and crosses.
is he our new impact player off the bench?

Exactly, but is he good enough to start?

I'll admit I was sceptical whether Quinn would be good enough for the step up as a regular, but the last two games, seeing the impact he's made when he came on and how much better we looked I think I was a little bit wrong.

I'd have him in instead of Brady for awhile who IMO has looked very nervy so far and far from his best. Koren is playing well so I wouldn't drop him. I'd wait til Koren/Aluko/Livermore/Thudd gets injured or drops form before bringing Brady back in then we can see him and Quinn link up again.

But so far, Brady has been less than impressive.

YOU_TALKIN_BOUT_WILLIS_1313832211-400x344.jpg you're having a giraffe! Brady was outstanding in ALL 3 matches previous!
all the team seemed slightly off against Cardiff. Thud wasn't up to his normal self, he kept thinking he was on THEIR side - he made some delightful passes to them.

Why are we talking of dropping Brady? He is our top goalscorer. Graham missed two sitters yesterday but I don't see anyone suggesting we drop him yet. Brady has one bad game and everyone suggest we drop him. Our problem yesterday was the same as last season and the season before, we can't put it in the net and I do not think that will change while we stick with Graham. He should be dropped against Newcastle and Sagbo or Gedo(if we have got his visa sorted) should play.

Start Graham at Newcastle, bring Sagbo on later. Graham needs confidence, bringing in someone who hasn't proved anything so far except his stupidity to get sent off.

heh I don't think he'll make that mistake again, also he has to work on his positioning. I remember SB screaming at him from the sideline to move his arse!

Putting goals away when chances are laid at your feet or head is one thing and should be bread and butter for a good striker. But those that score more than a handful create their own chances. Waggy did it. Aluko does it. And Brady did it in the Cup match against Leyton Orient. I am not calling for Grahams head. And I hope he scores lots of goals for us. But not really seen him create any opportunities (yes I know he has to get in position for an attempt to be missed), his misses have been on the plate chances.

Would like see Brady have a chance up front allowing Quinn to move into Bradys current spot.

I agree although Graham's first miss was due more to a bad bounce but he should have put the header away and won the game for us. Brady needs to be up front with Aluko. His movement and dribbling skills are like Alukos and he would give defenders fits in the box (and probably earn a few penalties like Zaha did for Palace last year). Quinn looked great when he came on on the LW and thats where I'd play him. He needs to be in the starting line up.. A mid-field of Quinn Thudd Livermore Koren and Elmo would offer enormous creativity.

A lot of people have an irritating tendency to think only in terms of a players last game. Brady is one of our brightest prospects.

Sagbo won't go straight back in the team, Bruce will give Graham another chance vs Newcastle & we'll see Sagbo on last 20 mins
