    It always seems to pan out like this. They may as well make the transfer window the last 2 days of August as that's when all the action seems to take place - and I'm always going on at Cypriots for leaving things to the last minute <laugh>

    Sorry people any hope of your lot getting Oxlade Chamberlain for a song have been dashed by those greedy sods at Arsenal, only offering £12m is an insult.

    Arsenal may have offered £12m but Southampton must have managed to barter with them. Because tonight&#8217;s BBC South Today said that the final fee is up to £7m.
